I've promise to post this a looong time ago! More than HALF of my formspring questions where asking about my tattoo!
My tattoo! That I actually forget I have because it is always hidden. Nothing fancy! I've had it for about.... 3 years now? It is the Hindu Om (Aum). Me and my sister got matching tattoos in the same place. We wanted to both get something special since we are so close and something we could share that only both of us have. No, I'm not Hindu, (since everyone asks when they find out what my tattoo is), but my family is more spiritual than religious and we all love and appreciate the meaning of the symbol, that is usually positioned this way:

Instead we got ours positioned sideways. The explanation can get pretty long, but basically the Om (the way ours is positioned) represents Ganesh, (Ganesha), (you can google these things if I lost you already) and Ganesh is positioned the way our tattoo is, (the top being the hat, the rest the body and so forth) which is where the idea for the Om came from in the first place. I'll post a link if you guys are interested in reading more into it :)

I'm actually thinking about getting another tattoo, I've been putting a lot of thought into it because I don't want to get random things put on my body. I'll let you know if I decide to get it :)

If I was able to put my future husband into a machine and dress him to my liking, he would come out dressed like Hayden Christensen. End of discussion. As you all know, my heart is dedicated only to ONE white-chocolate lover, JT, but I may have to share the wealth with Mr. Hayden over here. I have always like him, since his Star War days, even in Jumper, Awake, and of course his newest movie Takers. While watching Takers, I couldn't help but thinking he was the best dressed one in the movie. While all of the men were always suited up and polished, Hayden stuck out to me the most. Not only did I love him in his hats and suspenders (I can't believe I loved suspenders on someone,) but his personal style in real life is also on point, in my opinion. I love that he pairs old colorful Nike's with a majority of his outfits and choses sunglasses no matter where he goes. Until JT comes out of hiding, I will take one of him for now. Well, maybe for a while.

I saw Eat Pray Love yesterday with my best friend and knew before walking in that I was going to like this movie. The story line itself, a woman picking up and leaving for a year to travel the world is already interesting to me. Sure enough, I loved this movie! I was never a big Julia Roberts fan but I certainly have a new love for her after watching this film. I learned that if something is bothering you in your life, you can change it. Change is not something to be afraid of, because there is always something good that comes from change. DEFINITELY see this movie if you can!

Tomorrow is the official first day of my second year in college. I will say, the first year went by extremely fast. I remember the first day of last year when I was starting college, and how "nervous" (I'll admit it) I was. But now, I honestly feel like a seasoned pro :) LOL. The picture to the left was me in high school, doing HOMEWORK. Yes. Homework. Do you notice what I'm doing? COLORING! No more of that! Now its time to get ready for long studious nights, research papers, reading, and midterms/finals. Hopefully this semester is a good one!
